3tc Software hosts a team with over 20 years of providing PTS Command and Control Systems to NHS, Private and Local Authority, Patient and Client Transport Providers.
In September 2004 Pace Altec (SSL) became part of 3tc Software. 3tc Software took over all existing IPR and products and facilitated the transfer of contracts with existing clients to the new company. Pace Altec employees migrated to 3tc Software technology centre in Leicester.

The Meridian system is the latest patient/client transport system in a pedigree stretching back over twenty years to the very first PTS system designed for the NHS and implemented at the Kent Ambulance Service by SSL. From Community Transport schemes and home to school transport, to the highly competitive UK private ambulance market, Meridian with its suite of additional modules including mobile data will provide a flexible, highly efficient Command and Control system designed to drive down costs and increase productivity.
