David Todd & Simon Clough have completed the first of their "3 Tough Challenges" for 3tc; On Wednesday 4th August they reached the summit of Mont Blanc.

Moonwalk for Charity
Helen Rhodes, Management Accountant at 3tc software, recently completed the Moonwalk in aid of St Gemma's Hospice In Leeds.
Helen and 16 friends started the walk at midnight and finished at 3.40am.

Charity Bike Ride
David Todd, MD at AssetCo Data Solutions took part in the ‘Chiefs Challenge charity bike ride’ from the NEC Birmingham to the fire station memorial garden in Stratford Upon Avon.

3tc Forms


3tc Software have worked within the UK fire service for over 20 years to provide decision support tools and mission critical solutions to assist in improving public safety. Across our user base of 13 UK Fire and Rescue Services, data from tens of thousands of incidents per month of all types - not just fires, have been collected, validated, coded and made available for reporting.


To support the IRS initiative, 3tc Software have developed the 3tc Forms. 3tc Forms holds full CLG accreditation is a complete solution to Fire and Rescue Service (FRS) incident data recording and reporting. This gives each FRS total control and access to their Incident data prior to submission to the Communities and Local Government (CLG). Each FRS can have the ability to collect and analyse incident data to their individual requirements in addition to data required by CLG. Thereby managing ownership of their incident data, reviewing their information gathering processes and ensuring their data is readily available for their own requirements and management reporting needs.


The solution consists of an interface to the FRS command and control system, a web based front end for capturing and recording incident related data (including but not limited to that defined in the IRS project), an XML interface to the CLG Incident Recording System and our easy to use web based reporting solution, known as IRS Reports, that ensures all stakeholders have access to data when and where they need it.


3tc Forms is a web based, easy to use, single repository for all incident data collected over any timeframe, able to be reviewed and modified by different personnel levels before becoming final and submitted to the CLG. The solution consists of an interface to the FRS command and control system, an XML interface to the CLG Incident Recording System and our easy to use web based reporting solution, known as IRS Reports that ensures all stakeholders have access to data when and where they need it.

Automatic population of incident times, type and attendance information from mobilising systems. Proven interfaces to Motorola, Remsdaq and Marconi systems, with the ability to interface to other systems if needed.

Based on a proven MIS Incident database schema with over 300 incident related data capture fields that can be extended or reduced by the FRS to ensure your specific data capture needs are supported.
